Hi:
I want to send my fond thanks to each and everyone in my clubs. I truly appreciate and thank God for you. You are a Godsend and I love you all. Not just for who you are, but for who you can be.
We all go through trials and tribulation. Some in our homes, some on our jobs, some in our families and some in our country. Some have more of their share than others. Take time to reflect. Be honest to yourself and others. Look over your life. Count your blessings. You may not be where you want to be. Thank God you aren't where you used to be. Pray and believe that you will not be where you are forever.
Do what you can to relieve stress. Combat your fears. Be afraid of nothing. Worry is a downpayment on trouble before it happens. Take a step backward and think about a situation. Can you change it? If yes, then change it. If no, then live with it stress free.
Make peace with an enemy. Give a smile to a stranger. It might be the only smile they get. Forget those things that are behind you and look toward the future. Make a conscious effort to put one foot ahead of the other. One foot above the other. If you have to stand where you are, stand with strength knowing that you do not stand alone. The Lord is standing with you. Actually it is He who is carrying you.
Love people for who they are inside and not what they are on the outside. Love some that aren't so loveable. Even if you don't like who they are inside. Pray for them. The inside can be changed. Put pride behind you and leave it there. Nothing good comes from pride or being too proud. The bible says, before a fall comes pride. None of us are any better than another.
If during this holiday season you don't have money to buy gifts, give love and give thanks. They cost you nothing but are the most valuable. Give a helping hand. Isn't that really what it is all about?
If you think you don't have any friends, you're wrong. You have at least one. Me.
